Forced to sell their family farm in 2017, a wealthy developer took advantage of their situation and exploited their agreement for a three-year settlement. Five years later, the developer had not paid the whole deposit or the settlement. After several defaults and delays, it was deemed by the representing lawyer that the developer was in default for failure to perform under the contract terms and lost his deposit. To make things worse, Zorin, the husband and loving father of two children and three grandchildren, passed away due to terminal illness, leaving the matter and the estate to his ill wife, Maria.
