PRODUCT & DELIVERY DELAYS - AUSTRALIA

Please note some deliveries in regards to product ranges such as the SIQURA™ may be delayed at this time due to the high volume of orders within the current circumstances in Australia. The below timings are subject to change without notice and our aim is to have all orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible. All orders are FOB and to be collected by wholesale customers at locations.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We believe in fast and safe shipping, to make your online experience a pleasant one. Firstly, some shipping conditions:

  • All orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days of order receipt

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed within the next working day where possible

  • All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable

  • PRE SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page or contact us directly

  • Delivery time is an estimate only and URBAN GREEN FARMS is not liable for any delays, loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery

  • International shipping is not currently available

 
 
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

SHIPPING is available for all orders via Australia Post services or Courier Services used by URBAN GREEN FARMS.
 

Approximate delivery time frames but cannot be guaranteed:
 

Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Tasmania  15 - 30 business days*

 

Gold Coast, Brisbane, Nth NSW 15- 30 business days*

 

Perth, Nth QLD 15- 30 business days*

In the event that we cannot fulfil your order within the timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
 
 
 RETURNS POLICY

We believe in a fair returns policy, as we understand online shopping can be convenient and want to make it easy.

Returns for refund are accepted on products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return items they must be in their original and associated packaging in original condition - See conditions for return below.

Sale items not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

 
 
REQUESTING A RETURN

Please email info@urbangreenfarms.com.au  to commence your return request. The team will take care of all the steps required for you to complete your return. 

 
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
 
Return postage will be at the buyers expense. This includes 'Faulty Refunds & Returns’
The return will be accepted where:
 
  • A return request is submitted to via email within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Original proof of purchase must be supplied and a copy packed with the item

  • The items must be in original condition and not used, damaged or altered in any way

  • All original packaging, labels are fully intact
     

We recommend a tracked registered postal service, as we do not consider the goods 'Returned' until they have been safely received. URBAN GREEN FARMS is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.

 
FAULTY REFUNDS

You are eligible for a full refund, within 14 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of product being faulty. What defines faulty?

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Delivered items differ from ordered items

  • Clear defects or damage
     

All fault confirmation are based on URBAN GREEN FARMS assessment once returned.

Please ensure to follow label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage or incorrect usage to the items which is not covered by our Returns Policy.
